Rupert At Your Event

Community involvement is a top priority of Rupert's Kids and Rupert, personally. We have worked hard to develop strong initiatives dedicated to giving back to the City of Indianapolis and the surrounding communities. Due to limited schedules, appearances are generally focused on the programs and events which best fit the missions of our organization. However, the following information is provided to assist you in requesting an appearance for your upcoming event.

Policies - Due to the tremendous volume of inquires, appearance requests must be submitted six weeks in advance of the event. - Preference will be given to organizations that provide a meaningful, interactive role for Rupert, especially involving children. - Due to the limited time available from our staff, we may be only able to make appearances in the local area. - If Rupert is available, we will confirm the appearance one-to-two weeks prior to your event.

Availability - There are a limited number of days and times available to make appearances in the community. Please keep in mind that appearances cannot be scheduled on a last minute basis. Special requests and dates are scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation - There is no fee for charitable appearances, although reimbursement for travel is appropriate.

Appearance Policy for Rupert's Kids: Community involvement is a top priority of Rupert's Kids and Rupert, personally.
